Subcontractors

Our success depends on our partners, and our clients benefit from well-qualified subcontractors on the Major Contracting team. We are focused on contributing to the local economies and endeavor to utilize Detroit based firms to the maximum extent possible. We solicit bids from DBE and non-DBE subcontractors and suppliers. In all cases, firms are prequalified prior to subcontract commitment. When selecting a subcontractor their reputation, quality of work, ability to successfully complete a project within schedule and willingness to work as a team member are heavily weighed. We make an effort to give special consideration to DBE, MBE and Detroit Based subcontractors. We encourage all those interested in working with us to contact us.
